Tina provides a warm, safe, and supportive space where adults (18+) can explore their emotions, heal from past experiences, and move toward a more empowered and meaningful future.

She recognises that many people arrive at therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the effects of difficult life experiences. Tina’s approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to each individual, supporting clients in developing greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.

Tina works from an integrative perspective, adapting therapy to each client’s unique needs and personal circumstances.

Her work is informed by trauma-aware and evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
    • Trauma-Informed Therapy
    • Integrative Psychotherapy Approaches

Sessions focus on identifying unhelpful patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

  • PTSD & Complex PTSD (C-PTSD)

Background & Accreditation

Tina is a fully accredited Integrative Psychotherapist (MIACP).

She holds a QQI Level 8 Honours Degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and has completed a QQI Level 9 qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

In addition to her clinical work, Tina is a lecturer in Counselling & Psychotherapy and has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and those in vulnerable circumstances.
