Hannah offers a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with a sense of safety and understanding.

She understands that reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar or even daunting at times. Hannah works gently and collaboratively, helping clients feel heard, respected, and at ease as they navigate challenges or periods of change.

Her approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and genuine human connection.

Therapeutic Approach

Hannah works from an integrative perspective, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and experiences. Her work draws from evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Person-centred therapy
    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
    • Psychodynamic perspectives

Sessions are guided at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for each client.

Background & Accreditation

Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities) from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies from the University of Galway.

She is working toward accreditation with the Association of Professional Counsellors & Psychotherapists (APCP).
