Rebecca Kilroy

Fully Accredited Psychotherapist

Rebecca works with teens (13–18), offering a warm, supportive, and affirming space for young people who may feel different, misunderstood, or struggling to find their place.

She understands that starting therapy can feel like a big step, particularly for teens who may feel unsure, anxious, or hesitant about talking to someone new. Rebecca creates a space where there is no pressure, no judgement, and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

Rebecca’s approach is grounded in authenticity, respect, and collaboration. Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable, allowing young people to feel safe, heard, and understood.
