As a compassionate and client-centered psychotherapist, I believe that each individual has the inherent capacity for growth and healing. My approach is grounded in the principles of Person-Centered Therapy, which emphasizes creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.
