At The Misneach Centre, we are proud to offer compassionate, professional support to couples, adults, and adolescents, tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Our services are built on a foundation of empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the challenges life can bring.

Our team is composed of 14 skilled psychotherapists, ranging from students on placement to pre-accredited and fully accredited therapists. Each brings their own unique perspective and expertise, allowing us to cater to a wide range of therapeutic needs.

While my personal approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy, with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Inner Child Work, Family Systemic Therapy, and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, our team expands this offering to include additional therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, navigating relationship challenges, or addressing trauma, we ensure that clients are matched with a therapist whose approach aligns with their goals and preferences.

Flexible Therapy Options

At The Misneach Centre, we primarily provide face-to-face therapy, as we deeply value the power of being physically present with our clients. We believe that sitting together in a shared space fosters connection, trust, and a deeper sense of support during the therapeutic process.

However, we understand that attending in person may not always be possible. For those unable to visit us in person, we also offer online therapy as a flexible alternative. This ensures that support remains accessible, allowing us to extend our care to individuals and couples across Ireland, regardless of geographical location.

Our commitment is to meet you where you are, whether that’s in our welcoming centre or virtually, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.

Low-Cost Counselling Service

At The Misneach Centre, we are dedicated to making counselling accessible to all. Our low-cost counselling service is provided by students on clinical placement who are completing their professional training in psychotherapy.

These therapists-in-training are carefully selected and work under the direct supervision and guidance of our Clinical Director, Anita Lynch, a multi-award-winning practitioner with extensive experience in the field. This ensures that clients receive compassionate, high-quality care while supporting the development of the next generation of skilled therapists.

Our low-cost service is an excellent option for those seeking professional support at an affordable rate. It reflects our commitment to ensuring everyone has access to the help they need, regardless of financial circumstances.
