There are two ways to begin counselling with us, depending on what feels right for you.
Choose the option that suits you best — we’re here to support you either way.
1. Contact a Qualified Psychotherapist
If you have already chosen a therapist from our team, you are very welcome to contact them directly using the details provided on their profile.
Each therapist’s page includes their mobile number, email address, areas of work, and fees, allowing you to reach out personally and arrange sessions with them.
Qualified therapists at the centre work with:
• Adults
• Couples
• Children & Teenagers
All qualified psychotherapists manage their own appointments, payments, and receipts.
Session Fees: €50 – €70 per session (depending on the therapist)
2. Book an Intake Assessment with Anita
If you’re unsure which therapist may be the best fit, or if you are interested in accessing our low-cost counselling service, the first step is an intake assessment with Anita, our Clinical Director.
Intake assessments are required for clients seeking low-cost counselling, as these sessions are provided by therapists in professional training.
