As an integrative, holistic psychotherapist, I’m here to support you on a journey back to your true self—without fear and without fitting into anyone else’s mold. I value individuality, embracing the unique strengths and quirks each person brings. Together, we’ll work through core values, learned behaviours, and the weight of other peoples expectations to create healthier choices that honour your well-being. Empowering you through collaboration, we’ll establish healthy boundaries that help you reconnect with your authentic self. The therapeutic relationship is a vital space for growth—authentic and nourishing—and I bring warmth, realness, and a touch of humour to help you along the way.
