There’s something deeply human about sitting in a circle and sharing our stories.

For centuries, people have gathered in community, to work, talk, and make sense of life together. A support group continues this tradition: you come to give and to receive presence, understanding, and care.

Being part of a group meets a basic human need, belonging. Through connection, we find safety, relief, and the strength to keep going. When we can finally take off the masks we wear for the world, healing becomes possible.

After loss, many people struggle to maintain relationships or talk openly about their grief. They may fear being a burden, or feel that others can’t fully understand.

A Grief Support Group offers a safe space to share what hurts, to be heard without judgment, and to meet others who truly understand what you’re going through.

In the group, you’ll find comfort in realising that your feelings are not strange or wrong, others have felt the same. Together, we learn ways to cope, to breathe again, and to find hope.

You don’t have to go through grief alone.
Join us in a gentle, understanding space, where healing happens through connection.
