Fees & Payments

Applicable fees for services are displayed at the time of booking or communicated directly. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and session agreements are governed by the specific service or therapist engaged.

Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments represent reserved clinical time. Where a session has been paid for in advance, cancellations or rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Where adequate notice is provided, payments may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded, as appropriate. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are typically non-refundable, as the appointment time cannot usually be reassigned. Exceptions may be considered in cases of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Misneach Centre.
