Are you in addiction, recovery, or just wondering where you stand?

Maybe you’re struggling, worried about the weeks ahead, or just want to understand addiction a little better. Wherever you are on your journey, this group is for you.

I’m Nuala Morris, a counsellor and psychotherapist with a specialism in addiction, and I’ll be facilitating a six-week therapeutic recovery support group this November at The Misneach  Centre.

This is a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore what’s really going on beneath addiction, with compassion, honesty, and connection at the heart of it.

What to Expect
Each week we’ll explore a new theme, including:
  • Building trust, boundaries, and connection
  • Understanding the “blindness” of addiction
  • How addiction affects the brain and body
  • Family patterns, triggers, and emotional awareness
  • Coping tools, recovery resources, and self-compassion

You don’t need to have all the answers, or even be sure if you’re “in recovery.” Just come as you are.

This group is open, therapeutic, and light-hearted, with space for real conversation, reflection, and healing. Whether you’re seeking understanding, support, or connection before the Christmas season, you’re very welcome here.
