Paddy holds a honours bachelor degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Paddy uses an integrative, person-centred approach to therapy. By providing a safe space to work compassionately with clients, drawing upon other modalities such as Psychodynamic and CBT, Paddy will support you through your most difficult times. Using client lead methods, this allows you to explore your deepest thoughts and feeling without judgement. While, helping you explore the how and why of this life moment. In his role as an Integrative Psychotherapist, Paddy establishes a secure and supportive which provides individuals the freedom to contemplate and delve into both their conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings. By doing so, they enhance their awareness and acquire new perspectives that can help unlock their inner wisdom and healing abilities. Within this caring and understanding environment, individuals are assisted in breaking down any mental or emotional obstacles that may have been imposed by themselves or others.
